How Pre-Ordering Works
Kick Ash Bows usually sell almost as soon as we are able to post them as ready for sale. To make sure that you are able to put your name in the running, we now accept pre-orders while the bows are being crafted. If you pre-order a bow, we will respond to let you know if your pre-order was successful.
Pre-orders are accepted on a first come, first serve basis. If multiple emails are received requesting the same bow, the email with the earliest timestamp will be given first priority. If in the event that individual for whatever reason does not wind up purchasing the bow, the second request in line will be notified of the bow's availability to them.
When the bow is ready, you will be notified and sent a link to make a secure PayPal payment as well as request your shipping information. When sending a pre-order request, please include the bow you are wishing to request as well as confirm the state within in US that you are wanting the bow shipped to.

Please Note: We do not currently ship outside of the United States.
When placing a pre-order, please include a valid email address that you currently monitor and actively receive email at. Our team will send email correspondance to verify your intent to purchase as well as shipping details and various updates during the crafting process. The team will wait a duration of 48 hours for a response anytime that an email is sent. If no response is received after the two day duration, they will send one more email in attempt to contact you regarding your pre-order. If no response is received to the second email within 48 hours a cancellation email will be sent notifying you of the cancellation of your pre-order. To retain your pre-order, the cancellation email must be responded to within 24 hours of the timestamp of the cancellation email.
Correspondance during the crafting and shipping process is vital. This policy is in place due to high demand in order to ensure that customers that are adamantly awaiting a bow are not waiting longer due to any customer who decides for whatever reason not to follow through with their pre-order.
